I first picked up a camera in the winter of 2018, I didn't even know it had video mode until about three months into owning it. In winter of 2018, I was asked to capture a wedding and had the thought of doing videography/photography professionally. Now, in just a few years of hard work and dedication, it is my full-time career, and I am blessed and thankful for the opportunities it has presented me.  

 

My journey in the film industry began at WNKY Television station in 2019 located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. There, I worked as a production assistant and camera operator for two years while maintaining an active student status at Western Kentucky University. While at WKU, I was given the opportunity to work with WKU’s Football program as the team videographer during their 2020 season. During my time with WKU Football, I created content for social platforms, individual highlights, and weekly team hype videos. I was working for both the WNKY Television station and with WKU Football for a full year. I was in my last year at WKU when I was presented with an opportunity in the music industry to be the sole digital creator and videographer for a growing new country artist. I took the job and ended up finishing my last semester at WKU completely online and graduated in December 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting. Since graduating, I continued working full-time on tour with the rising country music artist until late summer of 2022. I am currently taking on other opportunities among all platforms that want digital content for artists, athletes, brands, and much more. My journey is just beginning, and I am beyond grateful for the opportunities it has granted me and continues to present to me each day.
